Headings strukturieren den Inhalt der Seite. Jede Heading hat dabei eine unterschiedliche Wichtigkeitsstufe.

# Level

Über das Property `level` kann die Hierarchie der Heading angepasst werden.
Standardmäßig wird eine Heading mit dem Level `H2` erzeugt. Die Seite sollte
eine sinnvolle Struktur mit verschiedenen Ebenen aufweisen.

# Size

Über das Property `size` kann in Ausnahmefällen die Schriftgröße einer Heading
manuell angepasst werden. Die Headings sollten dabei eine visuelle Hierarchie
beibehalten.

# Color

Zusätzlich zu der Standard-Color, kann die Heading in **Light** und **Dark**
dargestellt werden. Beide Colors eigenen sich, wenn die Standardfarbe auf
farbigen oder dekorativen Hintergründen nicht gut funktioniert.

# Grundlagen

Headings strukturieren Inhalte sowohl visuell als auch inhaltlich. Sie helfen,
sich auf einer Seite zu orientieren und die Relevanz einzelner Inhalte schnell
zu erfassen. Jede Heading sollte klar und präzise den darunterliegenden Inhalt
beschreiben. Headings werden häufig als erstes Element innerhalb von
[Sections](/04-components/structure/section/overview) verwendet. Die richtige
Reihenfolge und Hierarchie der Überschriften ist entscheidend für eine
verständliche und barrierefreie Struktur.

## Best practices

Achte bei der Verwendung von Headings darauf, dass ...

- sie den Inhalt des folgenden Abschnitts eindeutig beschreibt.
- sie kurz und sachlich formuliert ist.
- die Hierarchie und Reihenfolge eine klare Seitenstruktur erkennen lässt (z. B.
  keine Sprünge von `<h2>` zu `<h4>`).
- pro Seite nur eine `<h1>` verwendet wird.
- sie häufig in [Sections](/04-components/structure/section/overview) verwendet
